Responsible for: Maintenance workers

Salary: £26,098 to £28,965 per annum Plus on call allowance.  37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Job Purpose

An exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to lead our busy maintenance team, with responsibility for all aspects of building and general maintenance, ensuring that the highest standards of workmanship are met.

As well as excellent planning and organisational skills, the successful candidate will need to have a detailed knowledge of property maintenance, relevant legislation and financial management.
