Job Purpose
Elidyr Communities Trust is an award-winning residential specialist provider who are looking to recruit a Positive Behaviour Support Lead to join our established therapeutic team.
The post-holder will assist in providing person-centered behavioural support plans for young adults with a learning disability, and through a combination of evidence-based processes, will provide strategies and interventions to improve the quality of life of our users.
You will responsible for identifying trends and behaviours of concern and work with our education and care teams to implement and share person-specific strategies.
The post-holder will lead in driving forward positive behaviour support practices across the care and education provisions.
