Salary: £21,907 to £24,314 per annum 40 hours per week- various shifts

Job Purpose

 We are looking for an exceptional individual who is looking to take the next step in progressing their career within the residential care environment.  The role will involve ensuring that the care and welfare of our residents is met in line with care planning, whilst also providing staff support, mentoring and management overview.

The successful applicant will have previously gained experience in working within a residential care setting with proven communication, planning and organising skills as well as possessing creative, innovative skills, be self-motivated, be able to make decisions with confidence and have a flexible approach.
