Support Worker.
Hours: 40 per week (Flexible Shifts)
Salary: £21,673 per annum
Towy Valley Care is a subsidiary of Elidyr Communities Trust and provides support to adults with learning disabilities in their home.
We have a vacancy for a Support Worker to join our small team offering support to five of our residents to live independently in the community of Llangadog/Llandovery.
Previous experience of supporting vulnerable adults with learning disabilities is desirable. However, to be successful in this post you will be sensitive towards the residents needs and be an effective and confident communicator with the ability to motivate and challenge residents to fulfil their potential. You will be flexible and happy to work as part of a team and on your own.
It is essential that applicants hold a full driving licence.
