01550 760400Despite some awful weather recently, progress on the new Education Hub continues to impress with the three roof sections now completed. The last section of the steel roof was fitted today.
This has helped with giving the first real impression of what the completed build will look like, along with a much truer sense of its size. It is starting to look very impressive!
The recent bad weather has understandably held things up a little over the last couple of weeks, but our construction team McCanns are pulling out all the stops and we remain on course for completion towards the end of the year.
Our exceptional education team are looking forward to using the outstanding modern facilities that the new Education Hub will provide. The space will be used for learners on both our Foundation for Education and Skills for Life programmes.
As well as offering a fantastic setting for our learners, the new building will provide our education team with a wonderful teaching environment. Our leadership team, including a new Head of Education & Training, will be finalising the layout of the interior over coming months, elevating even further what we offer to young adults with additional learning needs for many years to come.
