01550 760400The Land Group visited the tennis courts in Llandeilo as part of their Personal Development & Citizenship programme - Engaging in local sports!
Robbie, Millie, Rhys and Richard borrowed some tennis rackets and tennis balls from the ECT gym and enjoyed a few games of tennis on the courts. They had a lot of fun practising hitting the ball over the net.
In addition to meeting their goals of engaging in local sports, this also helps them hugely in improving their hand eye co-ordination, something which many of our young people have difficulty with.
They have now come to the end of their trips out for this term; however, they fully intend on continuing these trips out following the Easter Holidays.
