Great Place to Work Accreditation

Thanks to everyone who helped achieve this

Over the summer all staff were invited to complete a survey from Great Place to Work and to give feedback on the organisation, with a view to us potentially becoming an accredited organisation.

To become accredited, you need to achieve an average score of 65% across all areas and we scored 74%. This means we have achieved a 12-month accreditation!

The survey reinforced much of what the organisation already knows. Our highest scores reflect the care and attention we give our learners and residents, and the way in which the organisation trains staff to do this.

  • 89% of staff stated they feel that they ‘make a difference’
  • 90% of staff stated that our ‘customers would rate the service we deliver as excellent.’
  • 91% of staff stated that they are ‘offered training or development to further themselves professionally.’

Unsurprisingly, the survey also identified some areas of development, which we will be working on over the next few months.

A huge thank you to everyone that took part. With a special mention to Joshua Fretwell, Jana Weidemann, Josh Claxton and Donna Steven who collectively drove this project forward.
