01550 760400On Friday 13 June we were delighted to welcome distinguished guests, members of the local community, residents' families and friends to the official public opening of Garnllwyd Barns.
Garnllwyd Barns is a beautiful home set in several acres of rural countryside in the Vale of Glamorgan, which offers 52-week care and support to five young adults with additional learning needs.
Residents Ed and Russel helped to unveil a new plaque that commemorates the gifting of the property to Elidyr Communities Trust from the Stevens family. It was the perfect occasion to reflect on the journey we have been on to open the house, and an opportunity to thank everyone who has been involved in this amazing project.
