Elidyr Communities Trust Virtual Balloon Race
Dates: 1st – 7th May 2026
Tickets: £5 per balloon

What is a virtual balloon race?
It’s an exciting, eco-friendly fundraising event where you buy and customise a virtual balloon, then watch it race across the globe using real weather data and interactive maps. No plastic, no helium, no harm to wildlife, just pure fun and sustainability!
How it works:
- Buy your balloon for £5 and personalise it with colours, patterns, and even flight parameters.
- Track your balloon online as it moves every 30 minutes based on real-world weather conditions.
- The race runs for 7 days, and you can check the leaderboard anytime to see if you’re in the lead!

Elidyr Communities Trust Colour Run at Llandovery Rugby Club

Location: Llandovery Rugby Club Grounds
Registration opens: 9.30am
Run start: 11.00am
Distance: Approx. 3 km -5 km (non-timed fun run)
What is a colour run?
A colour run is a fun, family-friendly event where participants run, jog, or walk through vibrant colour stations. At each station, you’ll be showered with eco-friendly coloured powder, turning your white outfit into a rainbow masterpiece! It’s all about laughter, community spirit, and making memories—not speed or competition.
