Senedd member Cefin Campbell visits us.

Today we had a visit by Cefin Campbell, Senedd member for Mid & West Wales. Cefin particularly wanted to see our Welsh language provision, meet some of our World Skills finalists, and lend support to the Natspec "Specialist FE works for me" campaign.

Cefin also met with our CEO James Slater, and we were able to share our vision for the charity to be able to work with more young people, and discuss some of the issues around the impact of ALN Code reforms. Cefin has also expressed an interest in supporting an event at the Senedd next year, where we can celebrate our sector and raise awareness.

It is really important for us that we get the support of people like Cefin that can add weight to our voice in the Senedd and beyond. We are grateful that Cefin was able to find the time in his busy schedule to come and see the fantastic work that we do.
